Dear Parents/Carers,

As you are aware, we work in partnership with ‘The Oaks Nursery’ as they lease our premises and are based on our school site.

When we set up this arrangement a few years ago, The Oaks Nursery provided a full wrap around care provision for all Tyndale pupils by providing a Breakfast and an After School Club daily. Unfortunately, this became financially unviable due to low numbers of pupils attending, and we subsequently closed it. 

I have since been monitoring the demand for wrap-around care and I feel that the demand might have significantly increased recently. If this is the case, I will be working closely with The Oaks Nursery to set up full wrap around care at Tyndale as soon as logistically possible.

I am writing to request that you complete this Google Form, to communicate if you would be interested in a paid Breakfast Club and After School Club?

The pricing and timings of this provision are yet to be confirmed however, I envisage the Breakfast Club starting at 7.40am and the After-School Club ending at 5pm. To be financially viable, we need at least approximately 16 pupils attending each club every day. 

I will write to you before the end of the academic year to communicate my next steps as a result of the interest that is shown from this letter. I would be grateful if you could register your interest by completing the form by the end of the day on Friday 12th July 2024.
