    Meeting DEAR time author - Sophie Anderson

    Today we met published author Sophie Anderson who has written our favourite DEAR time book, ‘The House with Chicken Legs!’ Through asking intriguing questions, pupils discovered that Sophie’s writing was inspired by Slavic folklore.

    Y5 D&T Structures

    Year 5 have enjoyed designing and making their own small-scale frame structures this term. They created annotated sketches of their model and developed an understanding of using triangulation to add strength to their structures.
